Schedule the shoot and pitch the film

Shoot days and call sheets from the shot list, and a pitch deck from your pre-production.

Schedule free; pitch deck 2 credits

If any of your film is shot for real, the schedule turns the shot list into days. If you need money or a green light, the pitch deck turns your pre-production into slides.

Build the schedule

  1. Open Production Schedule → Add shoot day, then Edit day: date, call times, location, meals, weather and Department call times.
  2. Select the day and click From shot list. Unscheduled scenes are added with about 20 minutes a shot, plus their location, cast and shot numbers.
  3. Click AI optimize (free) to group the day by location, then by shared cast, with meals kept in place.

Call sheet → Export PDF gives you a production call sheet to send to everyone.

Make the pitch deck

Pitch Deck builds slides from the project's script, shot list, storyboard, mood board and elements (the Built from panel links each).

  1. Add Notes for the writer (optional): who it's for and what you're asking.
  2. Click Generate deck · 2 credits.
  3. Edit text to fix the title, logline, synopsis, tone and comparables; Images → Re-pick swaps images for free.
  4. Export PDF.

Regenerate rewrites the whole deck and replaces your edits, so edit last.
