Render every shot
Generate Shots runs the whole shot list through one model, with references, look and audio.
- Where
- Generate Shots
- Cost
- Per second of footage: about 1–17 credits depending on the model
Generate Shots renders your shot list. Each shot goes with its own references, elements, frames and dialogue, so the work you put into pre-production comes back here.
Choose the settings
| Setting | What to pick |
|---|---|
| Model | Seedance 2.5 for references and dialogue; Kling 3.0 if you need photoreal faces in references; a cheap model to test the plan |
| Resolution / Aspect ratio | The one marked "· project" matches your film |
| Apply project look | On, unless you want the model's own style |
| Shots with a storyboard frame | Animate from storyboard frame or Generate from references (no frame) |
| Generate audio | On to get dialogue and sound from native-audio models |
Check each row, then render
Every shot row shows its mode (From frame, From image, Start → end, References, Text), camera, length, cost and Sends …: the exact references going with it. Read these. A character missing from Sends will be the model's guess.
Tick the shots, check N credits · balance N, and click Generate N shots · N cr. Renders carry on in the background; keep the page open until they've started. On a Seedance run, MoviePro first draws pencil versions of photo references and a set photo for drawn frames, at a few credits each.
Fix failures from the row
- Retry N failed reruns every failure; each row has Retry and Redo (another take).
- Retry without audio, Retry from text or Retry without references remove the likely cause.
- Switch to Kling 3.0 when Seedance refuses a photoreal face, or Make drawn versions & retry.
- Cancel renders stops and refunds what hasn't run.
Mind the warnings
Warnings flag scenes missing location, time of day, weather or season, and frames in the wrong aspect ratio (Regenerate frame). Fix them before a big run; they're the usual reason consecutive shots don't match.
Assemble
Assemble N clips to timeline lays the finished clips out in shot order, trimmed to each shot's screen time, and opens the editor. A later run asks Add to a new track or Replace V1.
