AI storyboard generator
Storyboard every shot before you generate it.
MoviePro's AI storyboard generator draws one frame per shot from your shot list, for 3 credits a frame. Frames are drawn in board order and each sees the previous frame and the scene's first frame, so sets, staging and characters carry through a scene. A frame can then become the first frame of that shot's video.
How it works
How the storyboard works
1. Start from a shot list
Break your script into shots with the AI breakdown, plan them with the AI director from a short concept, or write them yourself. Each shot's size, angle, action and cast become the frame's brief.
2. Import from shot list
One click makes a frame for every shot. Characters and locations with reference images are drawn to match them, and the project's look applies to every frame.
3. Redraw only what's wrong
Redraw a single frame, reorder the board, or upload your own sketch or photo for a frame. Each frame stays tied to its shot.
4. Use frames as first frames
When you generate the video, a storyboard frame can be the shot's first frame, so the composition you agreed on is the one you get. A frame costs 3 credits; a 5-second Seedance 2.5 shot at 720p costs 45.
Why MoviePro
One project, from first draft to final cut.
- Frames come from the shot list, so the board, the shots and the script stay in step.
- Continuity across a scene: each frame is drawn knowing the frames before it.
- A still is a fraction of the price of a video take, so you fix the plan before paying for video.
- Export the board, or print it or save it as a PDF to share with your team.

FAQ
Questions
What is an AI storyboard generator?
A tool that draws storyboard frames from a written description of each shot. MoviePro's draws from your shot list and keeps continuity across a scene, so the frames read as one sequence instead of unrelated images.
How much does an AI storyboard cost?
3 credits a frame. A one-minute film of twelve shots costs 36 credits to storyboard. New accounts get 10 free credits once; there is no free plan. After that you buy credit packs, which never expire, or subscribe to Pro or Studio for monthly credits. Writing, planning, editing and exporting cost nothing; you pay credits only for AI generation and AI tools.
Can I storyboard without AI?
Yes. Upload your own sketches or photos as frames, or use the free printable storyboard template, which needs no account.
Do the characters look the same in every frame?
Characters with reference images are drawn to match them, and each frame sees the previous frame and the scene's first frame. Give each main character front, three-quarter and profile references for the best match.
